A massage that is gentle, custom made, and centered on the needs of the pregnant mother. During this massage, the woman lays down on one side to ensure the care and relaxation of the back and belly. This massage helps reduce bodily stress from pregnancy. This is a full body treatment.

A firm massage, using direct pressure on the muscles. This massage is appropriate for individuals that have any of the following: very tight or knot-like muscles, undue stress from work, or poor mobility. This is a full body massage. (available for sixty or ninety minutes

Reflexology Massage
A massage for the hands and feet. Deep pressure is applied and activates the meridian points, helping you heal and release toxins in your body. The meridian points are pressure points in your body that travel from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. This massage extends from head to feet.

Reiki Healing Massage
A form of healing focused on balancing your body. Reiki uses the energy in your body and mine, to heal, remove, and restore your energy field. This energy field is composed of the seven chakras and the aura of the body. It can be incorporated into any of the massages above.

A form of massage using smooth, heated, black river stones, aromatherapy and oil. The hot stones are used to help release muscle tension, reduce pain, and boost the immune system. This is a full body treatment.
